Growing TOO fast!!!!!

Well, we've been very busy in February. We have been working hard on getting a routine down and adjusting to life without Daddy. George has been a lot to keep up with! At just four months old, he got his first two teeth and began rolling over from front to back. Unfortunately, when he turned five months, he began rolling back to front and forgot how to roll front to back. The end result is that he refuses to stay on his back (instantly rolls to his tummy) and gets really pissed off that he's on his tummy and screams. There are videos of him rolling both ways on the video site (linked from this or Liam's websites). He has also began to get up on his knees. Yikes! Not yet, George!! His teachers are constantly amazed by him and are always saying he is doing things that he is just too young to do. This kiddo is growing up way to fast!!



We are using an alternative vaccination schedule for our little man. He has done really well with his shots and has tolerated going every month. On the downside, he seems to be developing a nasty case of eczema which will not go away. Right now, we are testing a hypo-allergenic formula to see if that helps at all and I'm going to try to take him to the pediatrician tomorrow. Poor little man is so red and itchy!



We are delaying solids at least until 6 months. This actually works out well since Daddy will be home at that time and can experience some of G's firsts. He is still not sleeping through the night which makes for a tired and cranky me, but trying to grin and bear it and remind myself that one day he'll be in college and I'll be desperately missing him.
